Greenhouse perennials

Actually, I am wintering over a lot of my summer staples like mandevillas and rosemary and such. I also have lettuce for winter cutting and snapdragons, tulips, geraniums, vinca vine, hibiscus and other colorful, sensitive natives. I usually start my veggies indoors but have never started perennials from seed. So, I would love to have suggestions from anyone who has done such a thing. . .and been successful!!!!

I would love to hear your ideas.

Linda, in Wisconsin where we may see sun and 40 degrees tomorrow.
