I can't resist telling you all that when Linda did this last year she either
had blue lights or a blue sheet and was teased unmercifully by neighbors and
local friends.  Unfortunately, I was unable to get over to see the sight and
her photos did not turn out.  But I think we're going to get that same cold
spell in a few days and I may have to go see what she does this year.  Someone
said last year, perhaps Linda herself, that her yard resembled a Martian
landing strip.  I seem to recall there was some snow on the covers too to
magnify the effect.

So be prepared for neighbors' comments.  Of course most neighbors already
think we gardeners are somewhat eccentric anyway.
