Hello Susan,
Still take my daily walks in the garden just to be there. Gold oriental
spruce
was absolutely breathtaking in the last 4 inch snow we had couple of weeks
ago.
Euphorbia against the base of the limestone sculpture is nice when combined
the
aging garden bench. Hellebores are forming buds.
Inside, the catalogs are arriving and each is scanned for the jewels on
my
list. Orders placed so I get mine before they go to live in another garden
(gasp!!)
Meeting deadlines writing for a gardening magazine. Have to come up with
four
feature articles in the next week. One has been written and now awaits
editing.
Just completed writing the 2000 hard copy catalog and it is now in the hands
of
the printers. 44 pages this year. 2000 web site has been completely
rewritten and
re-edited, restructured. Should be up shortly. First slide presentation and
lecture of the new year comes up in February at a gardening expo. There is no
lack
of things to do during winter.
