Ooooh - I was planning on stopping by PN tomorrow -- let me know about the
sweet peas. My favorite is Metucana, the old originals. They even reseed
well for me, routinely.
This year I experimented with planting sweet peas on the north side of my
property (which stays cooler), through shrubs. The pink and white Painted
Lady? kept blooming through November, if I kept it deadheaded. Is that
amazing or what?
As for Heronswood catalogue -- pure torture, indeed. It couldn't be that
bad living in a small tent in Oregon and bulldozing the house for more room
-- could it???!!!
