Liatris is easy from seed.
Surface sow the seeds, light needed for best germination.
Plants should germinate in three weeks, after the seeds begin to germinate
add a sprinkling of seed starting mix over them to keep the seeds in contact
with the moist medium.
Plants should bloom in a year oo two from sowing.
Liatris 'Kobold' will produce a mixture of diffrent sized plants from 12-25
inches tall with a few maybe taller.
Plant out in full sun and keep the soil moist but Not wet.
Once your plants have grown to some size in two years you can move them to
part shade too and they will grow and bloom well.
