Gene, I've just been looking at www.gardenplants.co.uk and they have an
Anemone sylvestris 'Macrantha'. Could this be the large blooming white you
describe?
Thanks also Paul for the description you sent. If we have a dry summer, I'm
going to have to make sure I throw the odd bucket of water over my plant
because my soil does dry out fairly quickly. Too good a plant to resist
though.
