Easy plant plus several relatives.  One is Stachy minor.  All are hardy and 
all like dryish soil and full sun.  In my cold garden they are neat clumps 
bearing good all season foliage.  Why they are not well known maybe our 
isolation for so many years from perennial selections known to the rest of 
the garden world.
