Something awful... true... but its better than being
removed and disposed of.  The developer planted the
wrong tree between the sidewalk and road.

Well, depending on the tree, you might be creating a
bonsai.  It
would be like keeping a mature tree in a planter or
huge
pot...probably stunt its growth something awful..
