Gene, take a gander at the beautiful begonia that is on the back cover of
the 2003 Heronswood catalog....it's beautiful! Will be hardy for me, I
don't know about for you. But I'm going to order it, those leaves are to
die for.

Hello Al,
I have an old catalog from Heronswood here some place.. will take a look
to see what he has offered in the descriptions. Think I remember seeing
something in Tony's catalog at Plant Delights as well. While I am fond of
the grandis in my garden, and the alba form, I have seen the sinensis
species. The others are going to have to come up with some major features to
convince me to order more.

survived dowb to minus 10. Its become somwhat of a nuisance back in the
greenhouses where it has spread from a few pots. In order to propagate the
bulbils early , they must be lit with a long day regime and get warm and
moist. I have had no difficulty.
