I heard Dr. Ingham speak on this topic last fall. Impressive claims. There is
a lot of science involved in a complete application of this technique. Dr.
Ingham claims to fully restore "dead" soils with the appropriate
compost/compost tea mix, but there are different recipes for the compost
depending on the condition you have. It's very complex.
