can I pause the e-mails without unsub?

I'm sending this on behalf of Cheryl Isaak (cherylisaak@adelphia.net) .  She
is having internet trouble and While Adelphia is working on it she just wanted
to set herself to "no mail" for a awhile.

Our dear administrator, If you are out there, can you take care of this for
us?
