Or they *do* include a maximum zone -- but since "zones" only take into
account winter lows and not summer highs, a zone 8 PNW is NOT AT ALL the
same as a zone 8 Texas.  While we attain the same lows in the winter on
occasion, they will NEVER have the prolonged day and night heat that
takes its toll on plants who cannot metabolize enough and cannot get
enough rest if temps are too high.  We DO NOT have "cool" summer nights
-- try more like 70's with near 100% humidity, what the HIGHS are in the
PNW.
