We had 10 degrees the week of Christmas - it is cold. I hope you don't lose
anything. I managed to keep almost everything - lost some tender
perennials. I covered everything with news paper and sheets of plastic and
seemed to be okay. I have everything in large continers so moved them
under a fir tree next to the bank and were protected but some were frozen
solid. I don't know about the roots, but so far so good.
