Best deal??/ now nurseries/ Val

Hello Valerie,
Or, almost neighbor. I gather you are not the Lowery of Lowerie's
Perennials, a wholesale grower in Louisville. Don't know why we have not
met. I give lectures over in Louisville to most of the garden clubs at one
time or another. The last year or so I have been pointed in a more
northerly direction.
You can request a catalog with a map on the back for directions or I will
go off-line with you to take up the details of a visit. We would enjoy
hosting your group for a morning or afternoon. I probably have about worn
out my welcome here on the subject of my nursery. Time to get back to
plants.
I, too, get catalogs of all kinds... both the retail and wholesale. You
would not believe the piles already in. In fact, I carefully read almost
all of them to make sure I am aware of what is out there and what the
prices are. Also I order plants just like everyone else. Sometimes just for
my garden and sometimes to use as parent plants for stock to divide or get
seed from for the nursery. I can not imagine a winter without my catalogs.
