I ordered from them way back when... it was when I was first started gardening. I ordered (if I remember correctly) a perennial package for a cheap price. When the package arrived, I received a bundle of single stranded roots of perennials tied with a rubber band. So imagine, you have one bundle with 12 single stranded roots and on each root was a sticker naming each perennial. Thats it... nothing more and nothing less.
Of course, I have never ordered again.
