I have given 'Autumn Joy' away to many friends, and started new plants
myself (yes, I'm a spreader of Joy!) by simply inserting a pencil in the
soil to make a hole and inserting a stem of the sedum. Water the first time
and forget about it. Sedums are remarkably willing to grow.
