Susan/David,

Golden Tiara is nice, but it depends on how big/small you want the
hostas to be. Golden Tiara is about one foot tall. Below is a list of
dwarf and miniature hostas that I took from a catalog for another member
of the group. They all sell for $10 or less from this particular
company. I have Lemon Lime and Harmony. Lemon Lime is lemon line in
color, about 3 - 4 inches tall and about 8 inches across - current size
in my garden and their second year (catalog description - Chartreuse
gold, 3" x 1" leaves, makes good mound and edger; light purple,
reblooming flowers). Harmony is described in the catalog as - deep blue,
slug resistant, purplish flowers, late. Slub resistant is right! and
late flowers also - mine don't have any yet. It is currently about 6
inches tall and about 10 inches across - also second year in my garden.

D = Dwarf and M = Miniature

I just noticed Lemon Lime and Harmony are not on this list, so looked
them up. The catalog lists Lemon Lime as Small which by their chart
means a 6-10" mound (height). Harmony is listed as Medium = 10-18"
mound. For the list above - Dwarf = up to 4" and Miniature = 4-6".

Maybe my two just aren't "old enough" yet!
