Re: yellow and blue


I've known a couple different people hereabouts -- both here in this
pocket of 6B and elsewhere throughout the 'burbs (6A) -- who have
successfully overwintered Agapanthus (just the "regular" species)
outdoors for many years.  There's usually some sort of protection
involved.  The late Don Hodges, who was in 6A, would cover his bed with
appx. 1' of dried autumn leaves and then set a piece of plywood on top,
weighted down with rocks.  His plants were HUGE.
