Illegal to buy it and sell it in Wisconsin, too. I know of a nearby cattail
marsh which used to be a nice duck habitat - well, the loosestrife took over
and that's that! I hope the natural predator plan works. I think the U. of
W. is testing this in the form of a beetle.
