I have received a press release concerning Foster & Gallagher, the
corporation that owns Michigan Bulb Co., Spring Hill Nurseries, Breck's,
Stark Bros. Nurseries, The Garden Store, Gurney's Seed & Nursery Co., and
Henry Field's Seed & Nursery Co. The company has filed for Chapter 11
protection as it winds down all operations. It will seek buyers for its
assets.
These companies are apparently closed at the moment.
