Re: Wild parsnip


Yup Don,...good old common names:-)  I don't know whether the
cultivated parsnip has any toxicity, but it seems unlikely to me
since I have never read of cautions about growing them.  They are not
the most popular home veggie, tho', so it may not be an issue that
much has been written about.  Interesting question.  Anybody on the
list who has ever grown parsnips know the answer?
