Re: Echinops


In some years, my echinops shrivels & dries from the bottom up, other
years it doesn't.  It's not in full sun either. One of my perennial
books mentions this trait and suggests that if it browns, just cut it to
the ground and it will come back.  Haven't been brave enough to
experiment with this yet.
