Mine are more like Gene's, Claire. When we had the feeder suspended from the
front porch, they got quite used to our being there when they came to the
feeder and ignored us entirely. The only time they would buzz us is when
they first arrived at the beginning of the season and we didn't have the
feeder up yet. But I've seen them very aggressive with each other, and I
gather they're quite territorial.
