===>I met her only briefly, Marilyn, at a Garden Writers Meeting in San
Diego. She was with her producer at the time but chatted with me for a bit.
She was very cordial. I really can't tell you much more than that. I don't
remember how she was dressed but I don't recall that it was the usual long
dress and straw hat!

===>I don't know her base. And I never see the show anymore. But unless a
garden is awfully impressive, with vast collections, I'd tend to agree with
two per half hour. If a great garden has more than one collection worth
showing, a return visit might be better.
