Kryptonite is a seedling of Halcyon, the late Eric Smith's most popular blue
hosta....and a great one. Now there are several other green Halcyons out

Devon Green is another. And, yes, for some reason the usually "weedy" green
forme of hosta did not become weedy or fast growing in the green forms of
Halcyon. My suggestion is to grow Halcyon a very good grower.
