Which coreopsis Pat? I only have 'Moonbeam" which also has nice foliage, but is very small.
I was just on line looking at the new ones, Limerock Ruby (gorgeous burgandy) and Sweet Dreams (looks to be pale pink with dark eye). I hope to find those locally next year. They seem to have taken the world by storm, Tony Avent can't say enough about them, anyway.
I saw Limerock Ruby in a garden I visited while on vacation and it was STUNNING. The only scary part, at least here in Oregon, is the lady said she bought a 4" plant THIS spring and it was already 1' across in girth ...
When I get plants like that it is kind of the good news/bad news thing. I love the Painter's Palette I mentioned earlier, but I have also found 2 seedlings already, one 50' away from the mother.... hmmmmm......

While it's not strictly foliage only, I adore the foliage on
the lance leaved coreopsises (coreopsi?). The flowers are
an added bonus - but that light, airy, almost dill-like
foliage is to die for. . . .
I think I've been out in the heat too long . . . LOL
