Hello again Cheryl,
Since I quit smoking my pipe about 8 or 9 months ago I can very much
watch my calories... they are mostly right behind my bellybutton.......
beginning to look quite "prosperous".
Now comes the really hard part to not smoking.... changing the diet.
Sigh.........
