I don't know the exact translantion but the name Souer appears in shrubbery 
catalogs in the nursery. It is shown there are Therese Souer.  It is in the 
Dutch catalogs so assume it is a Dutch name.  I have seen it on other shrubs 
as well.  We got no Dutchmen here?
