Not for American visitors. The exchange rate is so favorable it is worth
smuggling. Plus the Canadian Govt. returns all taxes paid by Americans if
one fills in a form. Without any major financial genius applied, it is of
sufficient difference to take us up to Montreal to see the gardens every
summer. Also have seen your Royal Botanic south of Toronto where there is a
vast field of iris blooming every June. I am happy you are so close to us.
