Well, Walter,
    Now that is where you start running into some money... someone with
heavy equipment to come in and grade off a pad, a truck load of grave spread
over a floor matt for greenhouses. Then electricity run to the hoop house
..... ditch witch, electricion.... the water and plumber. Also you will end
wanting benches, shade cloth for summer, lighting for winter germination.
Almost a bad a plants for the garden. There is not end.
    Anyway... have a good time. You will end up spending all your time in
the greenhouse during the winter.
