Well, Bill
It would seem the article worked. The whole concept was to let gardeners
know that gentians have receive a bad reputation from a very few spring
blooming species and hybrids. Summer and fall blooming are no more difficult
that any other perennial.
I do not have all the gentians mentioned in the article, But I do have
several, and the new fall supplement coming out in mid-August will have
more. Still more will be available come spring of 04.
