That sure is a good deal! Yes, I think Barnes and Noble are nationwide.
We have them here in the DC area and you have them in CA, so stands to
reason they are also in the rest of the US.
I use Hortus III quite a bit. Mine is in one hardbacked volume that must
weigh 25 lbs. Picture on the front cover is a spray of leaves and possibly
flowers - but not really identifiable....could be several things. The
nomenclature guru's on Alpine-L and Aroid-L have noted that it is a bit
outdated and it does not list *all* plants, but it has more than most of us
are likely to need. Well worth $30.00 IMHO.
