Eat the Oreo Cookie yourself. Is this the first year you've had them? For
some reason, every time I get Shastas Daisies, they never bloom for me the
first year, then the second year they bloom like crazy (I just finished
deadheading) and they already need to be divided. For some reason, even
though I buy fairly substantial sized plants, many of the perennials I put in
do not bloom the first year.
A few years ago I got some Campanula's (Peach Leaf Bellflower) and it took
three years for them to bloom and then they promptly died.
