Worms on Bee Balm

Perhaps you folks can help me. I was poking around my bee balm and noticed
the leaves are getting yellow & dry. Also, while looking at the flower (this
is on my Aquarius and looking pretty sickly) I noticed these worms curled
around the flowers. They are kind of hidden and probably wouldn't even have
noticed them if I hadn't been poking through the flower. They look somewhat
like an inchworm, but smaller and not green-perhaps it is larvae??? Somehow I
don't think this is a good bug. And don't know if the yellowing leaves has
anything to do with the other.
I noticed on the Cambridge Scarlet, and Croftway Pink (all in different
locations) also has some, but not as much as the Aquarius.
Any thoughts, ideas, suggestions, greatly appreciated.
