That is what the owner of the flowerbed thought, but I had a hard time with
that theory because of the fact that the flowers would not have been
visible from the road and our road gets little traffic. About the only
people who drive by here are cowboys from Padlock Ranch, and it's hard for
me to picture them stopping to pick posies!! A human culprit is not
impossible, but I think I'm leaning toward Devon's bunny suggestion. (BTW,
not to worry about the cows...if I made steaks and burgers out of every
bovine that ate or trampled my plants, I could feed a small country!)
