RE: plant tag confusion -Reply

I can explain that! One day while buying bulbs
in a local store, someone was also choosing
bulbs in bags along side of me, asked me a
question about bulbs, and whatever my answer
was, decided she didn't want what she'd been
choosing. She threw them randomly back into
all the various divisions of bulbs and said
something like, "Oh well, don't know if that's
right." I was appalled! For those of us who
carefully plan our gardens this is just criminal!
So shame on you if you are not careful in
returning bulbs to their proper bins or tags to
their proper plants!

Hi Lisa,

I too have a Jackmanii Clematis mislabeled
Henryii by Walmart. I also
have peach gladiolus growing that were suppose
to be a fuschia color
mislabeled by someone else! Ya just never
know!
