Geeze, just to make you feel bad, I have Shastas that are closer to 4 ft
tall than 3 this year, and no sign of flopping. In fact I have never had a
Shasta flop in my entire gardening career. And obviously, I never pinch
back.
Sorry, but I don't know what cultivars I have, they were all bought at
gardening club plant sales.
