Hi...I am interested in this, too.  This is a great idea about putting the
dried flower heads in a jar and sow next spring....my question is do you
leave the flower heads on the plant to dry completely before cutting them
off?

PS....I can really relate to moving things, etc.  It is driving me nuts
seeing the problems that want fixing in my garden, too, and knowing that I
MUST wait until cooler weather.  It is sooooo hot and humid here now....heat
index 104, ozone in unhealthy level.
