oh did my Dr. address the issue. He was really upset with me. like
I had done this delibertly just to annoy him. I had been sick for
about 2 weeks prior to going for my lab work. I had an attack with my
hernia and couldn't eat, couldn't sleep at night, I lost 6 lbs.
during that time and I believe that caused my sugar to go up. when
you get sick it will cause it to go up, almost anything will cause it
to go up. never the less I'm working on this I'm living on baked
chicken and noodles and just a few green veggies, hoping I can get it
under control. I've quit doing anything in my veggie garden and I'm
trying to get more rest, and staying out of the heat.
I'm sure not sitting around drinking mint julips and eating bon bon. I
would kill for a piece of choclate pie or cake I didn't eat that
before, but every once in a while I would cheat and treat myself. I
live on fat free and sugarless.
let me tell you it is the very pits
had a birthday the 15th and really splurged and treated myself to a
milkshake.
was your husband frighten when his went to 400 I would have
probable had a stroke. I don't like mine to go to high. My mother
died of diebetes had both legs remover prior to her death so it
scares me.
oh well I'll survive I hope
gotta get in that garden and work those flowers. trying to get well
