Hoooo boy, I second that. My new one tried to strangle me yesterday...as I
was trying my level best to stretch it out the full 100' and then recoil it
into a larger, more manageable circle , the cold and stiff hose was
uncooperative. I turned my back for 10 seconds and the "snake-in-the-grass"
started to resume its tight curls again, unbeknownst to me, and gathered
enough steam smack me in the arse but good with the brass coupler. It doesn't
look new anymore. ;-P
