Hi all
Happy Returns Daylily is about to bloom, Lupines have more blooms than
they've had in years, Columbine assorted varieties are in bloom but sparser
than usual, and the Ozark Sundrops next to the Zwanenburg Blue and another
white variety of Spiderwort looks great. What is puzzling though is some of
the Hostas and Helenium which normally bloom in late August have buds that
are going to open soon. Poor confused plants! Got a surprise with a Clematis
though...thought it was pink, turns out to be a lovely pale lavender/pink.
Pretty, but not what I expected.
