RE: ornamental grass/sedum

That seems to be the general consensus.  Thanks to everyone for their help.

I don't believe it is Frosty Morn (or at least it looks nothing like the
Frosty Morn I have).  I probably didn't do a good job of describing the
plant leaves.  The varigation is in the *center* of the leaves, rather than
the edges and they are a creamy yellow, not a distinct yellow and no where
near white.

Any other guesses?
