The problem with Box Elder bugs is that they suck the life out of
our juniper in the front corner of our house not to mention every time we
walk in the back door we get attacked by them, at least that is what our
company says. I know that they are harmless but they are just a pain and I
have never seen any birds go after them to eat maybe they have something
that does not taste good to them.

They don't do any real damage, and if you cut down the tree, they'll just
go to a maple in your area. What is the problem with them? Margaret L
