I would remind people that Linda was asking about her Datura, not a
Brugmansia. They're two different, albeit related, genera of plants.
Daturas have no problem with heat. Drive around farm country to find a
fallow corn field and usually the only thing growing in that parched,
nutrient-drained field are jimsonweeds -- HUGE jimsonweeds.
