Weed-whackers1

How are you supposed to hold weed-whackers so your forearms don't
get sore? Remembering what happened last time, I put on wrist supports.
My arms don't hurt, but they are tired.
This weed-whacker has a plastic hoop that can be moved along the
handle. Your trigger hand is at the top end of the handle, and your
other hand holds onto the hoop to raise the cutting end. A real strain
on the hoop hand -- perhaps the hoop is too high or too low?
I don't remember how professionals hold weed-whackers. Do they use
shoulder straps?
