Susan:
I've been really impressed with veronica (I have 'Sunny Border Blue'). The
ones I have in partial shade do occasionally need a stake (generally it's
just one or two stems) but I never have to stake the ones in full sun. Mine
have been in bloom now for several weeks, and if I deadhead seem to go on a
long time.
