sunblaze rose

I got a miniature rose plant as a gift, and I'd like to know if it's going
to be perennial here in Massachusetts.  I think I'm zone 4, though at times
I think it's 3.  My question is should I put out in a bed, or pot in large
pot and keep in garage over winter.  The variety is Sunblaze.  It's
absolutely beautiful.   Judy
