Suggestions, please for plants

I have a bed I am really struggling with.  As things have matured and grown, it is shadier than at first.  It gets sun most of the day, but mostly at the end of the day.  I am able to grow some shrubs and roses but the perennials seem to be struggling.  The colors in the bed are peach, yellow blue and white.  I already have in the way of perennials: aconitum, cimicifuga, iris, daylily, linaria, catmint (sunniest part), delphinium, peony, geranium and mums.  I'm particularly looking for suggestions for mid-sized to small perennials.  Thank you all.
