Around us, they just open a hydrant in the nearest city and fill up a huge
tank truck. They do have to pay for the water and then it follows that you
have to pay for the water. In some suburbs you cannot legally fill a pool
from the hose, you must buy the original fill from a water delivery service.
If you live in the country, you might run your well dry which is something
you have to live with to appreciate.
Water delivery is a good business around here.
