Oops sent a blank; sorry.
Yes this millet is Pennisetum glaucum ex.'Purple Majesty'. AKA Catttail or
Bullrush millet. Saw it last year and it looks exactly like corn...only a
terrific dark burgundy and no corn, just the wonderful millet seedhead. Grows
4-6 feet. I have it coming from seed however it's still in peat pots as the
cool wet weather isn't giving it a fighting chance. An All American Selections
Gold Medal Winner for 2003 Also a "Gardeners Select" plant by Penn State
promoting its use in gardens.
